 Become indispensable

One of the most important lessons I have learned in my life is the more value you add to yourself, the more others want you. Today I am going to talk about being the person that people cannot live without. 

First off, I want you to ask yourself “what makes other people attractive?” Why might you want to be around someone more than another? Typically it is because they possess qualities that are A.) attractive/likable B.)unique/exclusive to them C.)necessary/vital for you. 

Now, think about yourself? Do you have any of these things? How many do you have? What sets you apart? I want you to focus on these questions when learning anything new. How can I separate myself from the pack based on the information I know, the skills I possess, and the persona I give off. 

Once you have answered these questions, start building yourself into that indispensable superhuman. Learn all the information you can. Develop the skills that not many have. Become the person you would want to be around. 

Soon you will begin to experience moments that help you distinguish that you are becoming indispensable. You will begin to see A.)people value your opinion and truly listen to what you have to say, B.)people seek you for advice and help, and C.)people notice when you are not there and feel an impact.

By improving yourself, you start showing up on everyone else’s radar. The best part, you don’t need to become obnoxious and in everyone else’s ear about what you do. You simply start building up your skills and knowledge so much that people can’t help but notice. 

Improve yourself daily, and your work will not go unnoticed. Soon you will become the person that you have always looked up to. Stay consistent, practice discipline, and track your progress. Your exploration starts today.
